The Moon Conjuncts the sun in Cancer at 7° 23’ on Tuesday June 28, 2022 at 6:52 PM AKST
The Moon in Cancer is about being open and tender-hearted while also knowing how to protect yourself and maintain boundaries.
My own Moon is in Cancer. I’ve always related having a Cancer Moon to being like a well. It’s deep, sometimes feeling never ending. With walls surrounding it protecting those who may drown in the depth.
It takes strength to swim in your depth. But you also can’t drown in your depth. We must move through the waves of emotion to be able to flow with the movement of life. Even if it takes the help of a courageous fire fighter or 2 to get you to the surface, we will always achieve more together.
Moon and Sun Conjunct Black Moon Lilith at 8° Cancer the trio Square Jupiter in Aries at 7°
The Sun, Moon and Lilith team up shining a light on things that are normally hidden or shameful, sometimes seen as the “ dark side” of feminity.
Squaring Jupiter we see things being blown out of proportion and people making selfish decisions and coming on perhaps a little too strong. Take stock of your emotions, and where you feel the need to expand your independence.
Jupiter in Aries sextiles Venus at 7° Gemini. This is a wonderful aspect for bringing play and curiosity into your life. Get dressed up, take yourself, or perhaps your friend (or your partner) on a date.
Pluto in Capricorn Squares Mars at 25° Aries and sextiles Neptune in Pisces at 25°
Pluto in Capricorn still has us in his choke hold at the corner of power and control, especially with all things involving the Patriarchy, squaring Mars our rage around needs for independence and sovereignty are at odds with external power structures, Mars can also represent sexuality.
Pluto sextiles Neptune. This has felt like a very dark day dream, that most of us would like to wake up from. Neptune /Pluto aspects don’t have to just be about despair though. At its best its about dissolving so that we have a chance to create something that connects us deeper to each other and the web of life. But first we have to crawl out of the well, out of despair, and learn to move with what life has served us.
