The definition of mutable is as follows
“prone to change: inconstant mutable opinions. 2a: capable of change or of being changed mutable laws. b: capable of or liable to mutation mutable vowels a mutable gene”
The blessing and the curse of a Mutable Mind. I may be biased but the signs of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces hold a special place in my heart.
However the Mutable chart not containing many fixed signs is f-l-u-t-t-e-r-y. Jumping from idea to idea, thought to thought, simply for the sake of enjoyment. Doing many things at once without always having much regard to the completion.
Mutable is the chameleon’s soul. Constantly varied, able to change habits and thought patterns in a way that appears to be almost effortless.
These signs mark the change of seasons. End of Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. They help us to initiate change in our lives and move with our circumstances. It takes the knowledge of what it has learned and allows it to be changed into something new. Continuously sculpting new ideas, systems, philosophy, and beliefs.
Mutable signs must be aware of potential aimlessness starting 50 projects and completing none because their ideas are pouring in faster than their working hands can move. They must learn to juggle, to let their pile grow and shrink at the same pace.
To let themselves look back and reassess so that they can move forward with intention and a clearer vision of what not to do next time, avoiding aimlessness.
Mutable signs tend not to want to get stuck in one place nor are they interested in missing out on anything that appeals to them. They desire the freedom to explore to change, whether that’s their minds, clothes, philosophy, or even the people that surround them. After all variety is truly the spice of life.
