The full moon joins us on Nov 19 just around midnight AKST following one of the longest lunar eclipses of this century.
The moon in Taurus at 27 degrees is conjunct to the south node of the moon and inside of our hearts, we are reaching towards what is comfortable or familiar in this velvety Taurus cocoon. The Sun in Scorpio conjunct Mercury seeks to pierce through that cocoon. Where do we seek our truth? Where do we look to step outside what is comfortable and claim our power?
There is an emphasis around how and where we find our truth, our philosophies and how that ties into our ego. How do we trust ourselves to favor mystery over stability? Both the Sun and Mercury trine Neptune, making this is a favorable time to trust our dreams to lead us forward into the dark. Let the serpent heart of Scorpio shed it’s skin. Once again we are ready to be reborn.
The real focus of this Full Moon is Jupiter as it is the apex of a fixed T- Square along with the moon, sun, and mercury. We can look to Jupiter in Aquarius to show us where we are set in our ways and how being true to ourselves can expand our lives.
Let it show us how standing our ground, whether that is in our philosophies, or our originality, even when it is uncomfortable or creates tension between our minds and heart or those around us can truly help lead us back to our truest selves. Reminding us that by the simple act of trusting ourselves we are already home.
